Booking Terms

Your Booking is not complete until you receive confirmation from Blue Hawaii Vacation Rentals. Check-in instructions will only be sent after the following information has been provided.

  • The Booking guest must occupy the unit.

  • The names of all guests must be provided with a maximum of six guests allowed in the unit at any one time.

  • The Booking guest must send a photo of a government ID prior to check-in for identity verification and payment validation purposes. 

  • The booking guest must also have a working mobile number.


House Rule Highlights

  • 3rd-Party Bookings are not allowed.

  • Smoking is not allowed.

  • Pets are not allowed. 

  • Quiet Hours are from 10pm until 7am.

Travel Insurance/Cancellation Policy

Blue Hawaii Vacation Rentals recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance.

  • When someone makes a reservation, it takes up a space that we could use to welcome another guest.

  • Travel Insurance is an affordable way of managing unforeseen events. 

  • BHVR’s Cancellation policy is strict. Essentially, we do not allow last minute cancellations.

  • A guest may cancel their booking at any time up to 28 days prior to the check-in date of the booking, and in which case a full refund will be made to the guest.

  • If a guest cancels their booking within 7 days of the check-in date of the booking, BHVR reserves the right to keep the full amount paid minus cleaning fee. Any refund will be at BHVR’s discretion, unless it is able to re-book out the accommodation to other guests, in which case it shall make a refund to you of your booking cost less the administration fee of $25.00, and less any difference in price where the replacement booking was of a lesser value.

  • BHVR reserves the right to cancel bookings within 7 days of the check-in date of the reservation where it is necessary due to reasons outside of BHVR’s reasonable control, or in the event of an overbooking due to delays or errors within the booking system. In the event of such cancellation the guest will receive a full refund. BVHR will also make reasonable efforts in helping the guest book a similar room at a similar price within the same Condotel.
